Cocktails & leather: Muvico Centro Ybor:

Ybor City’s most interesting movie theatre. One of the gay film fest venues in October, but a good bet anytime with adult-only cinema and cocktails, seated in comfy leather chairs.

Get Fresh: the Ybor Saturday Market:

Every Saturday 9am to 3pm in Centennial Park, Ybor City, at the corner of 8th Avenue & 19th Street. Local produce, house and garden plants, arts and crafts, ready-to-eat food, and other regional Hillsborough County products.
Sawmill Camping Resort:

Just off I-75, an hour north of Tampa, the Sawmill Camping Resort has clothing-optional camping and swimming in tranquil and spacious grounds. They have cabins and space for for tents, or your RV, Woody's bar with entertainment, games and pool tables, plus their Splash Bar and Grille at poolside with free WiFi. Membership here is $10 a year.
Secret City Walks: Ybor City Tales:

An hour-long self-guided audio walking tour to experience Ybor City. Find them online to buy iTunes mp3, or a CD, and to download free maps.  Also get maps from the Ybor City Chamber of Commerce or their Visitor Information Center (1600 E. 8th Ave; 813-241-8838).
Stageworks Theatre:

A professional Tampa theater comany of 25 years, producing plays to entertain, challenge and stimulate. Finishing up the 2010 season at the Shimberg Playhouse in Straz Center, Stageworks will soon move into their permanent home at 1120 East Kennedy Boulevard in the Channelside District.
Straz Center - Tampa Bay Performing Arts:

The largest performing arts complex south of the Kennedy Center. On the east bank of the Hillsborough River, this downtown nine-acre site with five theaters, and a performing arts conservatory, presents top Broadway plays, grand opera, and a variety of concerts, performances and other events. There are also boutiques, three restaurants and banquet facilities.
Swim with the fish: Florida Aquarium:

Una Voce - Florida Men's Chorale:

Men’s choral music performed at events ranging from Pride in Tampa, St Petersburg, and New Port Richey; Tampa’s 2003 holiday celebration; with the Fort Worth (TX) Men’s Chorus; at the 2004 GALA Festival in Montréal, Canada; and at Carnegie Hall, NYC.
World-class: Tampa Museum of Art:

The new Cornelia Corbett Center In Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, designed by architect Stanley Saitowitz, with shimmering aluminum outer skin, seven state-of-the-art galleries with translucent ceilings and polished floors, and an exterior sculpture gallery. Traveling exhibitions and a growing collection of modern and classic art make for an interesting visit, as do outdoor events that take place on the  Riverwalk.
Ybor City State Museum:

Exhibits on the life of Vicente Martinez Ybor; the founding and early history of Ybor City and it's cigar industry, and social clubs; and the Ferlita Bakery, established by Italian immigrants.
