March 11, 2015, 7:30pm at Hope Bowdler Village Hall. 1984, Margaret Thatcher is in power, the National Union of Mineworkers is on strike. At the Gay Pride March in London, a group of gay and lesbian activists decides to raise money to support families of the miners. But the Union seems embarrassed to receive their support. May 23-24, 2015, Spring Bank Holiday Weekend Saturday 12 noon Carnival Parade from Victoria Square in Birmingham's Gay Village at city center; Community Village Green festival + Village Cabaret Stage, Main Stage entertainment & Chic dance arena.

August 29-30, 2015 in downtown Birmingham’s historic theatre district. The 2015 Festival is sponsored in part by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
