June 5-14, 2015, annual 10-day festival organized by the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, that includes the Pittsburgh Jazz Live International Festival, Bluegrass Day, World Music Day, film, theater and performing arts presentations, art exhibitions, and more. September 12-13, 2015, route 711, Stahlstown, PA. Demonstrations of the process of making linen from the flax plant. The festival site also offers homemade food, crafts, antique farm equipment, live music, a civil war encampment, a covered wagon train encampment and a staged Indian raid.
